Trail Running / Hiking for Kids

Trail running is a great way to get out into nature and get fit with the guidance of a professional adventure guide.

What’s the cost?
– R250 per person, for group lessons (2 – 4 kids).
Adults(parents) are welcome to join at group rate.

Minimum of 2 people to make a trip viable.

Will my child be able to do it? – Experiences will be appropriate for your child’s skill level. No prior experience needed.

How long is it? – Total duration for each session is around 1.5 hours -depending on fitness /experience levels.

What do I need to bring? – Comfortable clothes and running shoes. Sun block, a hat and water bottle.

Where is it? – Kloofendal Nature Reserve.

What days and times can I book? – Available during week days, weekends or holidays. Morning, midday or afternoon sessions. Contact Ryan to book the time and day that suits you.
